    Used.  DOES NOT WORK.  When 12VDC input voltage is applied, the inverter will not power up.  There seems to be a burning smell coming from the circuit board.  Will have typical signs of use such as scratches, scuffs, dirt, etc.  The sheet metal cover is missing.
